Just on our one call he covered these topics: commercial deals and structures, the different opportunities to structure my Fund, SPV vs. Fund, the mindset to run a real estate Fund with calculated confidence, the specific exit strategy for the deals I emailed him prior to the call AND negotiating tips. It was extremely helpful.
Now I will implement what he advised me toto work on. Next I would like to book more calls to work with this expert.
Hopefully, with the magnificent Mentor, Cherif Medawar by my side, I can eventually figure out what syndication structure I need to work under, which path on the road to take to raise capital and what flag to fly. Like he and I discussed I want to make some fun with this short life of mine.
